Great Location, Sweet Staff. We stayed here over Easter for three nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the French Culture Centre. It made exploring the city a breeze, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Noisy Surroundings at Night. The only downside we experienced was the noise from the surrounding area, especially on Istiklal street.

I loved the rooms, the terrace with the herbs, the courtyard and the overall service, plus of course the location, so central to everything! Also, the complimentary drink at check in was classy.
It would be appreciated to have some more bottled water in either the minibar or even complimentary.

The staff were very welcoming, despite shortcomings in the accomodation
No curtains in my first room /Deluxe), so far too light! Second room was above new bar opening, so loud music played until 3am and no sleep---bad timing really!

The hotel is conveniently located near the French Culture Centre and Istiklal street, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as large TVs and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout your stay. the breakfast options are delicious and varied, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
The hotel's isolation could be improved as it doesn't completely block out the sounds from the bustling street, which may disturb light sleepers.

Great location, cosy reception area, high ceiling in the room, small clean hotel, free wi-fi with access points on every floor.
There was a split type air condition unit in our room which was barely working. Since these units don't provide any fresh air, we had to open the window, which brought in a high level of mechanical noise. There was some kind of (I guess) ventilation unit on the ceiling but all it could do was to add more noise. Even though I prefer city hotels to peaceful resorts, there was too much noise in this room, not to mention the bumping sound of the little night club downstairs during late night and the repairman in some room above in the morning. There was no view at all through the windows. All you could see was a gray wall a few meters away with toilet ventilation openings. Our bed was made up two single beds put together, about which we weren't informed earlier at the reservation stage or at the reception. Although every room in the hotel had different interiors, ours (Room 303) was arguably one of the the worst ones. This is probably because we booked the last available room. But as far as I can see on their website, cheaper Junior rooms have better interiors, and they are even larger! So I don't get the reason of paying some €30 more for our room as 'Deluxe'. Hooking a bare energy saving light bulb to the end of a cable is not really a 'design' if your concept is not bad holiday or hotel el cheapo.

They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had, which made us feel well taken care of. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a few steps away from the French Culture Centre, which made it convenient for exploring the city. Another advantage we enjoyed was the excellent rooms. the beds were comfortable, the TV was large, and the bathroom was perfect.
One downside we experienced was the noise. Despite there being some isolation, the surrounding area, especially Istiklal street, was always crowded and noisy, even late at night.

Location
small lift, small rooms, building is just a mix between two residential buildings converted both to a hotel, apart from reception person no one else speaks English. I need to understand on what basis this hotel classified as 4 stars???? as a world traveler I would rate it 2 stars (maximum) or a motel rather than a hotel.

Good location near Taksim, is good for going out around Istiklal and also have good communication with main touristic highlights by public transport. Just go from Taksin to Kabatas in the funicular and then you are connected with tramway to Sultanhanmet. Rooms are really nice furnished, with relaxing high ceiling, breakfast takes place in a nice courtyard and food is good. Reception staff was quite welcome in arrival (not in the departure).
Water pressure in shower was weak.

It was a very contemporary hotel with excellent designed rooms. Also the location was perfect, just one block from Istiklal street and one block from Taksim Square.
It would be nice if they had a concierge desk who could help with making restaurant reservations and giving pointers to travelers about places to go to, how to get there, etc.
